AVG Technologies - AVG Internet Security 2013, Also Norton, Symantec

It appears as AVG Technologies has done a soft release of AVG Internet Security 2013.  Alternatively, CNET may have jumped the gun.  A few of the  features  they’re promoting with AVG Internet Security 2013:

  • Do not track feature
  • Ease of use
  • New interface
  • Simplified firewall
  • New Install
  • Link to Mobilation (AVG AntiVirus for Android)
AVG Technologies and Norton join  Kaspersky, BitDefender, and TrustPort with Internet Security 2013 releases.

The links below describe  the new releases.  Reviews  from PC Magazine and Neil Rubenking will probably be appearing shortly.  The free AVG  download offer to Huawei customers that may still be going on,  and will probably be updated to reflect the new release. Users on the CNET site are giving the release three stars.

Symantec - Norton Have 2013 Releases

Symantec - Norton has also announced their new consumer releases, Norton 360, Norton Internet Security, and Norton Antivirus.  Their pitch - safer, faster, simpler, new intelligent firewall,  social networking protection.
